Mr.Taylor has over 15 years of experience as a litigation and land use lawyer specializing in all aspects of private property rights along with representation before municipal boards and town councils, including property tax appeals and commercial litigation. He has negotiated hundreds of advantageous settlements for clients and obtained positive results at trials concerning litigation of property rights and business commercial issues. Mr. Taylor’s client philosophy centers on two tenets: accountability and communication. Accountability in providing clients the highest level of legal work coupled with professionalism. Communication in being easily accessible to client’s questions and needs ensuring clients are fully informed during the entire representation.

Mr.Taylor is a staunch supporter of private property rights occasionally speaking before community groups and professional organizations. Prior to establishing the Taylor Law Firm, Mr. Taylor practiced eminent domain litigation both as a private practitioner and as a government attorney for the Florida Department of Transportation, and as a corporate attorney for T-Mobile USA. Before attending law school, Mr. Taylor was employed as a land planner in municipal government.
